Title:  Graphic Design Executive

Job Summary

• To create visually appealing products that convey certain messages or information.
• Handle the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, to shape the visual aspects of websites, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Develop design concepts and methodologies to produce high quality graphics
• Collaborate with brand managers to develop and produce appropriate graphic design materials and ensure quality and consistency with brand standards
• Coordinate, design and produce a variety of marketing collateral which may include brochures, catalogs, print ads, posters, fliers, booklets, mailers, PowerPoint slides and promotional merchandise
• Manage and deliver graphics projects within established timelines and budget, meeting clients' needs
• Offer design suggestions and ideas based on customer needs
• Stay abreast with latest developments in graphics industry to produce designs that meet the changing customers' need
• Participate in multiple, simultaneous projects and effectively communicate project status, issues and resolutions

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate understanding of clients' industry/business/products
• Demonstrate technical expertise with graphic design and print production software
• Demonstrate print-related graphic design skills
• Proven organizational skills, strong project management skills and ability to multitask
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Must possessed very good skill on design tool such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (both for static graphic and basic Animated content using photoshop)
• Have good creative thinking with proven work in their portfolio
• Should be able use Sketch Up for basic render
• Ideally, could do basic video editing or understand about Video-work 
  (with skill of using adobe premier).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related discipline
