Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate team performance to achieve display targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
General Responsibilities
- Executing and monitoring visibilities plan, Plan-o-gram guidelines and share of shelf day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Track team progress against key performance indicators (SOS, Visibilities, inventory, user recruitment and sale offtake). Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of visibility plans.
- Execute visibility plan and activities for assigned businesses/territories, including adequate stock, proper pricing structures, promotional campaigns, planogram implementation, etc.
- Monitor competitor activities/innovations and recommend practical actions to counter competition. Analyze customer feedback/insights and channel actions required by respective functions for resolution
- Implement loss-prevention SOS with outlets/stores
- Maintain relationships with customers through understanding and meeting their requirements
- Other’s task assigns by manager
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge in the management of retail operations
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language both written and spoken
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
