Job Summary
Lead merchandisers to ensure best-in-class execution
General Responsibilities
- Creates a detailed plan for the layout of merchandise in a retail store to encourage customers to make more purchases
- Develop business relationship with key assigned customers through best-in-class customer services – proactivity, service level, delivery service
- Supervise day-to-day merchandisers’ operation to ensure all the plan execute timely and ensure the high share of shelf
- Develop strong relationship with store managers to ensure that planograms are aligned and prominent display
- Evaluate its effectiveness with key actionable insights
- Assist in adjusting product placement strategically to increase sales
- Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of action plans and development areas
- Other’s task assigned by manager
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate general understanding of industry knowledge to stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and regulations in the retail sector
- Demonstrate negotiation and communications skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma/certificate in Sales/Marketing or related fields
