Title: Executive, Sales Force Effectiveness

Job Summary
- Supervise execution and monitoring of sales force effectiveness plans, training, processes, tools and systems, etc., to drive sales growth and sales force productivity for commercial and sales team.
General Responsibilities
- Support Manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Coordinate and execute sales force effectiveness diagnosis activities, including analysis to identify sales force needs/requirements.
- Supervise execution of sales force effectiveness plans and initiatives to drive sales growth and sales force productivity.
- Support implementation of processes, tools and systems (e.g. customer relationship management, field force management system, Eagle Eye, Coverage Dashboard etc.) to support sales activities
- Support active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage and update customer data and direct segmentation/targeting, etc.
- Perform training needs analyses. Coordinate, conduct and track training programs and its progress to drive sales excellence and productivity; keep training records in LMS.
- Arrange quarterly Reps Exam online, coordinate with commercial and sales team to get questions as per template and record and
share results with each team for product knowledge improvement - Maintain reporting platforms, ensure easy accessibility to sales information, and customize reporting formats according to sales
force requirements. - Coordinate continuous improvement activities on sales force effectiveness framework, plans, training, processes, tools, systems, and reporting to effectively support sales teams.
- Work closely with commercial and sales teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and quality execution of sales force effectiveness plans/initiatives.

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in the general principles of sales; Familiarity with the sales environment is a must.
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in Power BI and develop digital
dashboard.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or Information Technology, or Data Analytics or Business Administration or a related discipline
