Job Summary
Provide administrative support to FMCG business in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
General Responsibilities
- Support Manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operatingbudgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the function/department.
- Manage Vice President’s calendar for schedule arrangement & email if authorized from Vice President.
- Provide daily administrative support services on behalf of assigned Manager (e.g. travel schedules, daily agendas, hotel bookings, air tickets bookings,
visa processes, etc.). - Plan and prepare materials for scheduled meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Conduct background research for presenting information and
findings (e.g. using internet, publications, reports, etc.). - Manage the office filing system and file all correspondence for function/department.
- Record minutes of meetings and circulate approved memos/minutes.
- Follow-up on action plans required by internal/external stakeholders within agreed
timeline. - Conduct research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain a better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends.
- Provide analysis and meaningful conclusions to research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends.
- Support in updating and maintaining internal reports and databases.
- Lead or support special projects /surveys related to business development, key organizational initiatives etc.
- Other tasks assign by Manager.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such situations.
- Demonstrate knowledge in conducting internet research to secure and validate factual information.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
Education
- Certificate/diploma in business administration, or equivalent.
- Other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area (e.g., engineering, chemical, medical devices, etc.) will be
considered.
