Job Summary
Implement trade marketing plans and activities, including tracking of actual trade spend against budgets and reporting of progress
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Implement trade marketing plans for relevant channels and product categories to achieve defined business objectives
- Conduct market research on market trends/sentiments, consumer behavior, competitor information, etc. and provide analysis as inputs to marketing plans
- Track monthly actual trade spend against sales and analyze return on investment of each trade activity.
- Accrue and track trade marketing expenses according to existing plans
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in the execution of trade marketing initiatives to ensure holistic integration of efforts to meet customers' needs
- Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure execution of trade marketing plans (e.g. merchandising/planograms, trade promotions, in-store execution, etc.)

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills
- Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
University graduate major in marketing or equivalent.
