Job Summary
- Work closely with Finance DKSH and Finance ABBOTT Client and General Manager’s direct report on A&P Budget
- Coordinate, monitor, consolidate on A&P Budget and request via Exceedra on monthly
General Responsibilities

- Cost Control and Compliance
- Assist in tracking departmental to ensure in line with approved budget with commentary.
- Review advertising & promotion transactions to ensure accurate within approved budget of each defined activity/campaign.
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents as per company policy
- Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets, supporting documents and conduct appropriate data validation.
- Work closely with client, procurement, vendors, BP Finance to ensure execution team across all functions complied with client & DKSH requirements
- Work collaboratively with finance team and BU team to ensure completeness of A&P transactions record in LH, SAP and Exceedra
Collaboration and Support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate between internal teams and the client
- Provide support to General manager and Finance Business Partnering during audits or reviews.
- Participate in internal meetings and led client meetings to discuss on the actual A&P vs approved budget plan along with the commentary.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge in the management of retail operations
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language both written and spoken
Education
- Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products, client management and communication skills
- Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis
- Experience in accounting field 3-5 years, bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
