Job Summary
Strategic plan of digital and CRM projects to drive business growth from CRM lens to help grow brands’ influence and have a conversion strategy in place while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness
General Responsibilities
- Initiate, propose, and implement impactful digital campaign to drive brand and business growth with relevant brands/clients to engage users with the brands
- Responsible for planning content marketing campaigns, creative design concept/visualization and executing with relevant designers
- Identifying the latest trends and leveraging them.
- Coordinating with designers, SEO experts, and social media marketers. Working closely with designers to ensure the deliverables met the objectives and clients’ needs
- Ensuring consistency with brand messaging align with the respective brand code
- Create engaging and quality content for different platforms and channels.
- Tracking results and optimizing the social media marketing strategy and effectively allocating the budgets for paid marketing.
- Tracking and analyzing performances of campaigns.
- Reporting performances of all campaigns to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Education
Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
