Job Summary
Strategic plan of digital and CRM projects to drive business growth from CRM lens to help grow brands’ influence and have a conversion strategy in place while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for analysis of digital and CRM data and translate to actionable strategic plan to drive business
- Manage digital and CRM budget
- Initiate, propose, and implement impactful digital campaign to drive brand and business growth
- Work closely with brand marketing to support on campaign building in digital aspect, lay down campaign omnichannel journey
- Manage contents for the website and social media platforms
- Work with various content formats to drive effective execution of respective social media and digital channels
- Track all digital and CRM channels’ traffic flow and CRM campaigns
- Implement and analyze performance metrics
- Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI
- Work and lead third party agency to drive projects execution and result
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
- Optimize digital and CRM resources to acieve better result
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insigh
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Optimize user generated funnels to ensure efficient KPI reach
- Evaluate emerging technologiesConduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Lead in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media. Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
Education
- Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
