Job Summary
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance business decisionmaking processes.
General Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify market opportunities,
competitive trends, and potential customer segments.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in consumer behavior to
help drive strategic decision-making
• Provide oversight on the data collection process and analytic work
plan to ensure all available information is generated to support
business needs
• Conveying analysis via presentations and written reports to
effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to
stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify consumer
behavior, trends, and preferences, helping the organization align its
strategies with customer needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, to suggest
innovative approaches to consumer insights
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the
organization's products and services to accurately analyze
consumer feedback and preferences
• Assist in the development and implementation of consumer surveys
and other data collection methods to gather actionable insights
• Continuously monitor, track, and evaluate marketing and sales
campaigns to measure their impact on consumer behavior and make
data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Master in Excel analytic with the with the ability to translate complex data into clear and impactful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data analysis
- Proficient in using data analysis software.
- Familiarity customer segmentation, and data management principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education
Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Economics or a related discipline
