Job Summary
Provide timely and effective support the Analyst of SFE; regarding to internal sales team activity at field, the activities ofcompetitors and the surrounding market.
General Responsibilities
- Check and support Internal Sales Representative during their activities in the field to ensure following sales fundamentals.
- Collect issue regarding Echo Plus and other retested sales system, work out IT, SFE team and other to support and fix.
- Collect market data and customer feedback such as market trends, competitor activities and other to team understand more insight frommarket.
- Recommend any possible improvements or process enhancement within the area of responsibility.
- Assist in working closely with sales teams and SFE to ensure the timely and quality execution of sales force effectivenessplans/initiatives.
- Other per manager’s assignments
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge in the general principles of sales; Sales fundamental, customer profile understanding, Familiarity with the sales environment is a must.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Pays close attention to detail
Education
Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
