Title: Technician Facility Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall outlet maintenance issues, including troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of equipment and production facilities, to ensure smooth production and operation while minimizing equipment downtime.
- Perform mechanical skills to install, replace or repair chiller/ freezer equipment, plumbing and furniture & fixtures by using a variety of hand and power tools as well as material handling equipment.
- Ensure that in-house technician perform necessary preventive maintenance, repairs and servicing to keep all equipment, machinery and furniture in safe and good working order.
- Conduct hands-on fit-out coordination with contractors, vendors and the mall fit-out team to ensure timely completion of project, repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and track all assets including the disposal and movable items.
- Participate in the development of long-term plans for outlet maintenance, production facility, upgrades and improvements, including budget development and management.
- Provide regular reports & updates on projects, outlet maintenance and expenses to management.
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Working experienced in retail and F&B chains development will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and efficient problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and demonstrate strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess own transportation will be preferable.
- Must be able to travel outstation and work independently as required.
