Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor initiatives/activities in DKSH (e.g. brand identity, corporate design, value proposition and brand communications) to enhance DKSH brand
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Support in executing integrated brand initiatives and communication plan to support business objectives/value proposition
- Monitor and coordinate Group-wide corporate design/brand identify compliance to guidelines and quality standards
- Coordinate internal/external brand initiatives to strengthen DKSH brand
- Coordinate logistics/distribution of branding materials (e.g. staff newsletters, client newsletters, brand books, corporate wear, corporate gifts)
- Instruct brand users on the use of DKSH Brand Portal by providing explanations and demonstrate communication processes
- Coordinate communications between country and Corporate Center to ensure efficient and accurate brand communication
- Gather feedback from country branding team to enhance brand communications and quality of materials contents
- Collaborate with creative/advertisement agencies to develop brand collaterals for the Group
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge of principles and practices of Branding and Communications
- Demonstrate knowledge of standard industry production and printing processes
- Proven analytical skills of brands, market research, and market trends
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or Public Relations Studies
