The position also requires organizing customer engagement activities, monitoring competitor strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business growth by identifying market opportunities, acquiring new customers, strengthening relationships with existing clients, securing sales, and supporting strategic initiatives through market intelligence, tender coordination, and team collaboration, while ensuring alignment with company goals
- Capture arising market opportunities
- Acquisition/Generate of new customers
- Management and strengthen closer relationship with existing customers
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by meeting regularly with customers.
- Develop business by sourcing for new potential accounts, new opportunities at existing customers
- Secure customer sales orders and be responsible to execute the progress till the collection
- Accountable to gather competitive information from customer and market feedback and communicating to the management
- Coordinate and support for tender preparation and submission
- Plan to ensure achievement of yearly personal target, aligning with company strategies.
- Contribute to team effort in group projects
- Supporting market activities and market communication (monitoring competitor prices, activities and strategies)
- Organizes and conducts customer events such as seminar and technical workshop
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/ or Senior Management
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 4- 5 years of sales experience in analytical chemistry/ life science or material science industry.
