Title:  Senior Manager, Business Line

Job Summary

• Set direction and cascade team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated.
• The incumbent in-charge of leading product management team.

General Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned clients' team to drive marketing plan, in-store execution and profitability.
• Lead the development and implementation of Short / long term marketing plans in consultation with client. and trends.
• Oversee marketing activities and initiate and cascade new/improved strategies and plans based on changing market and trends.
• Contribute to customer base expansion strategies based on the effectiveness of marketing strategies/plans.
• Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvements in marketing processes, marketing plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
• Lead and guide resolution of complex customer issues. Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Preferably potential candidate/s specializing in Healthcare - Pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products/ strong client management and communication skills. 
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/MBA
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with people manager skills.
