About The Role
The Senior Executive, Social Commerce & Livestream drives social commerce growth and livestream excellence across key digital platforms, playing a vital role in DKSH's e-commerce expansion in Malaysia. This position delivers measurable business impact by leading end-to-end livestream operations, growing affiliate networks, and executing content strategies that convert audiences into customers.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of livestream sessions, including product selection, pricing, promotional mechanics, scripting, and flow management, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with campaign and sales targets.
- Drive real-time performance optimization during livestreams by actively monitoring key metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rate, traffic, and audience engagement, and making immediate adjustments to maximize outcomes.
- Conduct thorough post-livestream performance analysis and translate findings into actionable improvements that continuously elevate execution quality.
- Build and grow the affiliate program by recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliates, creators, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), driving affiliate sales growth through structured campaign planning and product seeding.
- Optimize affiliate commission structures and incentive frameworks to retain top-performing partners and sustain revenue growth.
- Develop and manage a content calendar spanning livestreams, short-form videos, and affiliate content across platforms including TikTok and Shopee, ensuring all content is conversion-driven and aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams, brand partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign coordination and compelling product storytelling.
- Support major campaign activations including mega sales events, product launches, and special projects to deliver strong commercial results.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights to guide continuous improvement across social commerce channels.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social commerce or livestream operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointHands-on experience with livestream software; knowledge of broadcasting or digital media is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similarFoundational understanding of sales performance, campaign management, and content analytics.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
