Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate sales teams to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
General Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Representative/Executive Management:
- Managing, coaching, and providing overall guidance to the GT sales team of an assigned territory
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Implementing sales management plans to assist the sales team in solving customer operational issue.
DEEP/DNET Account Management:
- Manage DEEP/DNET accounts and oversee business operations to ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
- Conduct quarterly business performance reviews with customers and clients to ensure schemes and business plans are implemented smoothly.
- Monitor monthly sales performance and propose business strategies or action plans when necessary to drive sales growth.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g: DNET/DEEP, Customers, Sales Team & Management Team) to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and deliver solutions.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and submit them to management.
- Track and report on sales performance within assigned accounts weekly/monthly basis.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role in FMCG.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is required for this position.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of FMCG industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/ services and strong selling skills.
- Proven ability to manage and growth sales team.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and field work skills.
- Demonstrate basic in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate moderate in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
