Title:  Senior Executive Digital Platform

Job summary:

Owns the day-to-day stability, performance and continuous improvement of Malaysia Healthcare (MYHEC) Digital Platforms. Responsible for troubleshooting, issue resolution, UAT, enhancement management and stakeholder coordination to ensure platforms deliver business value and a seamless user experience. Acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders and CSSC for platform-related initiatives and operational support.

About the job:

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of MYHEC digital platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis and issue resolution with CSSC and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, bug fixes and new functionalities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for platform enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage enhancement requests from initiation through implementation and post-launch review.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and CSSC to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Maintain platform documentation, issue logs and enhancement registers.
• Undertake any other assignment by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Business, or related disciplines.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, business analysis, system support, project coordination or related functions.
• Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and issue management.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams or external vendors.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing digital platforms, portals or e-commerce systems is an added advantage.
