Title:  Senior Executive Customer Account Management

Job summary:

To manage operation issues in central and manage 5 MT SR in central. This role will manage 3 customers (TF/VG/JG).

Functional skills and knowledge :

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in FMCG Industry in Key Account Management role.
• Develop and implement account plans, forecasting, and tracking key metrics. 
• Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring timely delivery on tasks given.
• Negotiation, TTA agreement and planogram. 

Education :

Tertiary education in Business, Marketing or related discipline
