To assist and support sales team on Beverage’s segment to all key customers by providing them with quality applications and solutions

To work closely with customer client’s R&D Department and to educate, advise on the best drinks solutions

To conduct demonstrations and training key customers and the sales team

To create and maintain a database of recipes for customer proposals
-
To build and maintain good business relationship and support from customer
-
To provide immediate assistance when customer is enquiring about product knowledge and application
-
Support evaluation of ingredients and products to ensure compliance with specification and standards
-
Stay current on Beverages techniques, equipment and new technology application for Beverages Innovation.

Conduct routine taste test of DKSH Products versus competitors

To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Barista / Beverages Innovation / Bar tender skills with demonstrated love of food & beverages and strong flavour development skills.

Ability to travel outstation

Good communication skills and diplomacy that will promote good relations with all facets of management and other disciplines in the effective execution of projects

At least 2 to 3 years working experiences in - Barista / Beverages Innovation / Bar tender skills

Diploma or Degree in Culinary Art / Science or Certified Barista would be added advantage

Able to work independently with computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point.
