Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. Primary responsibilities will involve packing and verifying orders, while also contributing to various production tasks.

Responsibilities.

Order Processing:

Pack and verify customer orders (cookies, muffins, brownies, big chewy cookies, big crunchy cookies, gift pack, sponsorship, etc) for:

1. Corporate orders
2. Online orders
3. Website orders

• Ensure all orders are packed accurately and securely, meeting quality control standards.
• Verify accuracy of order contents against pick lists and customer specifications.
• Label and seal boxes appropriately.
• Production Support:

• Assist with the mixing of ingredients for baking cookies, muffins, and brownies.

• Participate in the baking process following established procedures.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a hygienic working environment.

• Perform basic stock receiving tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
