Title: Manager Technical Sales

Job Summary
To monitor the achievement of sales objectives with key accounts as well as identify and propose plan to exploiting business development activities with prioritization on key customers/key projects/untapped customer segments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional pub locations; establishing personal networks.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
- Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
- Carry out visits to target customers to promote products and provide feedback to business and suppliers of customer response and activity.
- Manage project pipeline via CRM to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, storage, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills in order to follow different assigned task.
- Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sense of ownership and drive (problem solver, self-starter with a bias for prompt action and removing roadblocks, accountable to get things done in a timely manner).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Science, or other relevant education.
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
