Job Summary
The Manager, Sustainability leads the implementation of the BU PM sustainability strategy across Asia, ensuring alignment with DKSH Group ESG frameworks and compliance with emerging regional regulations. The role drives cross-functional collaboration, enhances ESG data transparency, and supports innovation initiatives to enable the Business Unit’s transition towards net-zero and circular economy models.
Essential Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation

Deploy the BU PM Sustainability Framework across Asian markets

Align Business Unit sustainability initiatives with global ESG standards (e.g. ISSB, GRI, TCFD, CSRD)

Support double materiality assessments and ESG risk mapping activities
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regional sustainability and ESG regulations

Lead ESG disclosures, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions

Prepare ESG data and processes for third-party assurance and audit readiness
Project & Stakeholder Management

Support supplier sustainability assessments and engagement initiatives

Manage sustainability ratings and platforms (e.g. EcoVadis, Sedex)

Coordinate with external ESG rating agencies and partners

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and track sustainability KPIs and scorecards
Innovation & Capacity Building

Champion the use of digital tools for ESG and sustainability data collection and reporting

Stay informed on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices

Support training initiatives and development of sustainability champions across markets
Social Impact & Inclusion

Integrate human rights due diligence into sustainability strategies and processes

Promote inclusive, ethical, and equitable sustainability practices across Asian markets
Job Requirements
Functional Skills and Knowledge

Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability regulations in Asia

Experience with Scope 3 emissions, climate scenario analysis, and carbon accounting

Familiarity with circular economy principles and biodiversity-related metrics

Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and project management skills

Proficiency in digital ESG platforms, reporting tools, and data visualisation

Ability to work effectively with colleagues across countries and cultures

Strong personal motivation to drive positive environmental and social impact
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles
