Job Summary
The Assistant Product Manager supports the management and growth of the Hiruscar brand portfolio by executing integrated marketing and commercial initiatives across multiple channels. The role ensures effective in‑market execution, strong brand presence, disciplined launch and campaign management, and alignment between regional brand direction and local market needs to drive awareness and sell‑through.
General Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the Hiruscar brand across retail and online channels.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution including product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
- Assist in developing and deploying campaign materials, ensuring timely and high‑quality implementation across touchpoints.
- Support execution of promotional mechanics (e.g. bundles, gift‑with‑purchase, sampling) to drive sell‑through.
- Monitor campaign, channel, and sales performance; compile reports and post‑campaign analysis with actionable insights.
- Support product portfolio management including launch readiness, pricing support, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution.
- Ensure product information, listings, and materials are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Monitor inventory status and coordinate with relevant teams to support healthy stock management.
- Assist in tracking marketing expenditure, purchase orders, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and internal updates.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of brand marketing, product management, and integrated campaign execution.
- Familiarity with retail and/or e‑commerce commercial mechanics.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret sales, campaign, and market performance data.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
