About the Role
The Manager, Finance Business Partnering (TEC) leads management reporting and financial planning for DKSH's Technology (TEC) business unit, delivering strategic financial insights that drive performance visibility and informed decision-making. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance and business operations, enabling the Technology business unit to optimize resources and achieve its financial objectives.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead end-to-end management reporting for the Technology business unit, including monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) gap analysis, working capital monitoring, and customer profitability analysis
- Supervise departmental operating budgets and costs against annual allocations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Support the development of financial and operating budgets, and prepare performance analysis documents to facilitate divisional performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead client and customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issue tracking, and financial assessment of key investments and business developments
- Analyze and constructively challenge the country Business Unit on key financial items, including advertising and promotion spend, working capital utilization, and cost development, to drive accountability and financial discipline
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the country Business Unit to streamline business controlling processes, enhance reporting efficiency, and maximize utilization of automated systems including Lighthouse, Exceedra, and Salesforce
- Manage cross-functional interactions across the country Business Unit on financial controlling matters, ensuring timely understanding of financial performance and effective resolution of financial issues
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or a related professional certification is preferred
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with business controlling exposure; a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity is preferred
- Sound knowledge and practical application of financial and accounting principles, budgetary management, and business performance analysis
- Hands-on experience with SAP accounting applications is an advantage
- Strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computation capabilities
- Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and PowerPoint
