Title: Manager Finance Business Partnering

Job Summary
Lead management reporting in Technology business unit including perform gap analysis of monthly PnL, working capital, profitability of customer PnL and lead budgeting/planning process.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Assist in development of financial and operating budgets for the business
- Prepare analysis/documents to division managers for performance review participate in improvement initiatives.
- Lead on client/customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs.
- Analyze and challenge country Business Unit on key financial items such as advertising and promotion spend, working capital utilization and cost development.
- Participate and drive country Business Unit continuous improvement initiatives to streamline Business Unit controlling processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems (Lighthouse, Exceedra, Salesforce etc.)
- Manage internal interactions across country Business Unit on matters related to business controlling to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues.
- Oversee key administrative activities to ensure smooth running of the administration functions
Job Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Preferably with ACCA / CPA, or related professional certificate
- Minimum 5-8 experience in a similar role, preferably with controlling exposure
- Preferably 2 year of experience in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and application of financial/accounting principles and budgetary management
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage
- Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint)
