About The Role

The Manager, Product Management leads the planning and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment between brand objectives and local market requirements. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, delivering successful product launches, and sustaining commercial performance within DKSH's healthcare business.

What You Will Deliver

  • Own the brand's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance by developing and executing robust marketing strategies and plans that consistently meet business objectives
  • Plan and allocate the approved marketing budget strategically, optimizing investments across brand-building activities, education initiatives, and trade marketing to maximize brand awareness and sell-through
  • Lead new product launches end-to-end, covering launch planning, retail pricing, roll-out timelines, sample preparation, Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) requirements, and display standards for execution by sales and finance teams
  • Formulate and monitor Advertising and Promotions (A&P) strategies, assessing their effectiveness against objectives and conducting financial feasibility studies to ensure alignment with profit targets
  • Gather and analyze market trends, market share data, and competitive intelligence to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide strategic product and brand decisions
  • Ensure the product range and selection meets evolving market trends and patient preferences, while maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements
  • Manage agency partnerships to secure cost-effective production of POSM and other marketing collateral, ensuring brand standards are upheldAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Science, or a Medical-related field
  • Proven track record with three to five years of experience in a similar product management or marketing role
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and product categories
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with the ability to translate brand direction into actionable local plans
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within assigned territories, including product handling, storage, and compliance requirements
  • Analytical capability to interpret market data, assess clinical trial results, and evaluate product performanceStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
