Title: Manager, Product Management

Job Summary
- Plan marketing plans and review business plans internally, and externally with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability for the Medical Device Business focusing on POCT.
- Oversee stock inventory to ensure optimal supply and that it remains within the contractual agreement.
- Oversee new product launches, including product launch plans, roll-out timings, sample preparations (where applicable), display standards, etc.
- Oversee and review sales trends and enhance marketing activities to achieve sales targets.
- Lead market research and analysis to measure customer attitudes to the current product range, and new product introductions (if applicable).
- Lead product training to equip the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to sell the products.
- Develop strategic client relationships for effective business planning and business growth.
- Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans.
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
- Brainstorming and presenting ideas to senior management in overcoming challenges, and changes in the market to ensure continuous growth.
- Ensuring planning and partnering cross-functionally if needed in building Key Opinion Leaders.
- Competitive Intelligence – Gathering & actions.
General Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set.
- Drive and manage the learning and development of the team in Product Management and DKSH behaviours to achieve team/function goals.
- Drive self-learning and improvement in Product Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role especially in medical devices. POCT and Lab products managerial experience preferred.
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client's industry/business/products Demonstrate exceptional client management and communication skills.
- Proven senior level of relationship building Proven experience in working in multicultural global teams.
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
