Job summary:

 

We are looking for an Intern to be working in HR and heavily involve as support for Talent Acquisition. 

Provide clerical and administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

 

General responsibilities: 

 

  • Support TA team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative task.

  • Provide support in recruitment activities & projects.

  • Support in Recruitment & Onboarding process in Success Factor system administration.

 

Functional skills and knowledge: 

 

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/International Business/Marketing Management/Analytics/Human Resources Management, or anything equivalent

  • 1 Internship position for duration of 6 months.

  • Someone who will be able to start immediately will be advantage. 

  • Able to demonstrate a basic project management skill with great communication skills & inter-personal skills.

  • Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiatives to run research and analytics 

  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel)

  • A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.

  • Must be willing to work in The Ascent, Kelana Jaya.
