About The Role
The People Services Intern will support the HR Operations team in delivering efficient and high-quality employee services throughout the employee lifecycle. The role provides hands-on exposure to HR administration, employee data management, HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Leveraging HRIS platforms and data analytics, you will analyze metrics to support operational activities and help drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Deliver
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Assist in department's administrative/ad hoc project coordination with internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in identifying areas for continuous improvement and growth using creative and innovative research
- Coordinate, create and update project communication materials (e.g. updating/compiling materials for events/programs)
- Assist in preparing and consolidating information into standard reports/documentations
What You Bring
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills & inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiatives.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn
