Title:  Executive eCommerce Operations Excellence

Job Summary

Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations across channels and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or brand.com

Job Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations
• Assist in maintaining accurate product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and stock availability
• Monitor and process orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and returns
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, customer service teams, and platform representatives
• Support execution of campaigns and major sales events (e.g. campaign days, Payday Sales)
• Track basic operational KPIs including order fulfilment rate, cancellation rate, and return issues
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer escalations within agreed timelines
• Prepare simple daily, weekly, or monthly operational and performance reports
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and marketplace policies

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or related fields
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in e‑commerce operations, online retail, or marketplace support
• Basic hands‑on experience with online marketplaces or order management systems
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during campaign periods
