Job Summary
- Support and assist in implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities with pharmacy channels - Local Chain & Independent Pharmacy and International Key Accounts.
General Responsibilities
- Carry out deployment of trade activation plans, executions and promotional activities.
- Support trade marketing team in tracking trade activities performance: contracts, speed to market, trade execution, actual trade spend against budgets, etc.
- Coordinate, plan, compile and analyze promotional activities for nationwide and sales branches.
- Monitoring and compiling all displays & POSM photos, sales report and derive post promotions/events results such as launch campaigns, shopper programs, consumer rebates/redemptions, display campaigns, etc.
- Managing day-to-day trade activities operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- To evaluate promotion campaigns by running reports for trade execution progress and performance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and externally (clients) to ensure execution of trade marketing plans run smoothly.
- Handle Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Goods Received raising and Invoices submission to finance for payment processing.
- Manage and control Inventory/ Stock Holding.
- Support in customers databases maintenance.
- Support on day-to-day administrative work of trade marketing team.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Possess good communication skills in both written & spoken English.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office with V-lookup and Pivot Table functions.
Education
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Management
- Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience, preferably in similar industry.
