About the Role
The Executive, Technical Sales drives growth of DKSH's Specialty Chemicals Industry (SCI) portfolio by expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and delivering strong after-sales support across designated territories in Malaysia. This role contributes directly to business performance by combining technical product knowledge with proactive market development and impactful customer engagement.
General Responsibilities
What You Will Deliver
- Drive growth of existing Specialty Chemicals Industry (SCI) accounts while delivering strong after-sales support to retain and deepen long-term customer relationships
- Actively explore new markets and develop new customer accounts to expand DKSH's commercial footprint across designated territories
- Promote and manage the full range of assigned products within designated territories, ensuring broad market penetration and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales forecasts and budget targets through disciplined pipeline management and effective execution of sales strategies
- Engage customers through field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations that clearly articulate product value and technical benefits
- Conduct systematic market mapping and gather market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics, and disseminate insights to support strategic business planning
- Submit regular and accurate sales reports covering activities, pipelines, strategies, performance, and forward planning via Salesforce (SF) or other requested reporting formats
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar technical sales role
