Title: Executive Customer Account Management

Job Responsibilities
- Plan & develop sales programs to achieve sales budgets versus trading terms.
- Facilitate efficient & effective fulfilment of principal terms and achievement of sales targets.
- Meet corporate objectives in building a strong market reputation as preferred distributor.
- Guide area KA sales team/reps in implementing sales action plans, and maintaining regular & effective customer servicing through good rapport and smooth working relationships.
- Provide timely feedback to sales team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas.
- Monitor and review, guide and support on A&P plan implementation through events or activities.
- Collate and review trade claim submissions to check for compliance & accuracy.
- Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, and etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Build strong customer allegiance and goodwill.
Job Requirements
- SPM/Diploma is business studies or similar.
- Preferably 2 year's experience in FMCG sales role or similar.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers. Experience in FMCG Key Account Management is an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate fluency in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
- Fresh Graduates with proficiencies in Excel and PowerPoint are encourage to apply.
