General responsibilities:
- Provide business solution support to the Sales & Marketing team in Malaysia.
- Gather and document initial business requirements from users.
- Provide advisory advisory support and recommend solutions for new business needs.
- Assist in business requirement analysis, preparation of user requirement specifications, as well as testing and deployment for new rollouts or enhancements to existing solutions.
- Provide first-level support for service requests from country users, including issue investigation and escalation to CSSC for SalesPlus , mCollector, DMS, POP6-related matters.
- Deliver daily operational support, including troubleshooting and application installation on mobile devices.
- Provide user training, when required (SalesPlus, mCollector, CCF, POP6, Power BI & etc.)
- Perform monthly data maintenance to support ongoing operational usage.
- Conduct business analysis to support Sales & Marketing requirements.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, and other related studies
- Strong interpersonal skills with different people in multi-channel environment.
- Demonstrated influence skills, creativity, problem solving and ability to manage complexity in addressing issue.
- Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and teams.
- Autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
- With a “sleeves rolled up” approach and in a collaborative manner.
- Demonstrate a passion to grow the business.
- Passion for developing high performing teams and individuals.
- Intermediate Excel skills, intermediate power point skills.
