Title:  Executive, Sales Operations

About the Role

The Executive, Sales Operations plays an essential role in empowering DKSH's sales team to operate with efficiency and consistency. This role contributes directly to business performance by ensuring reliable administrative support, accurate sales tracking, and seamless execution of day-to-day sales operations.

What You Will Deliver

• Ensure the consistent delivery of administrative and support services to business operations in alignment with agreed service level standards
• Execute sales tracking tools and generate periodic reports to provide clear visibility into the effectiveness of administrative and support services
• Coordinate with key internal functions to gather and verify information required for accurate sales tracking and promotional compliance
• Drive timely and accurate execution of sales administration activities including daily order fulfilment, Accounts Receivable (AR) submission, and stock allocation
• Pursue continuous self-development in Sales Administration practices and DKSH values to strengthen personal capability and contribute to team performance
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required 

 What You Bring

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
• Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role
• Foundational knowledge of administrative management principles and techniques
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful business insights
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in the local language and, ideally, in English, both written and spoken
