Job Summary
Responsible for supporting key account & IP business performance through excellent promotion execution, strong order fulfilment performance, accurate sales forecasting, and continuous process optimization.
General Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Promotion Planning support for IP & Key Account
- Consolidation of monthly key account promotion bulletin
- Update monthly IP LE sales projection report by client by store
- Highlight promotion/campaign execution gaps for IP and key account
- Maintain and upload key account sell out dashboard
2. Key Account Order Fulfilment Performance
- Monitor daily order processing and backorder status for key accounts.

- Serve as the key coordination point between customer Supply Chain on daily order fulfilment issue.
- Maintain key account order fulfillment dashboard and provide monthly service level KPIs performance review
3. Sales Forecasting
- Update and consolidate key account monthly forecasts.
- Track forecast accuracy, bias, and variances versus actual sales.
4. Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Support SOM to review and improve sales operations workflows related to promotions, order processing, reporting, and claims.
- Support SOM to identify automation opportunities and system enhancements.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic customer management skills
- Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Pivot Table, V-lookUp)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy/ or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience, preferably in similar industry.
