Job summary:
To oversee and support the end-to-end operations of People Services, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes across the business unit/function
General responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support such as recruitment administration, letter preparation, data management of employees, movement, promotion, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, PM, reports, and ad hoc requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the operations.
- Inform payroll & C&B on changes to employees’ record movements & resignation list.
- Practice standardized work methods to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and involve in projects for system enhancement or process alignment across all Business Units.
- Understand the full scope of tasks (100%) in each Business Unit.
- To drive completion timeline for requests and reports.
- Manage requests within SLA timeline.
- Respond effectively to business demand.
- Develop and update relevant SOP/Job Aids documentation for ongoing Operations usage.
- Oversee daily operations of People Services.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent / any other relevant disciplines
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage operations across multiple business units effectively.
- Minimum 2 years’ related working experience in People Operations.
- Must be able to work in Kelana Jaya, The Ascent (HQ).
