Job Summary
- Assisting the Senior Manager/Manager in managing the clients by attending to their queries or complaints.
General Responsibilities
- Gather purchase order.
- Place the Purchase order in PEP system.
- Gather invoice from the generic mail ID.
- Share the documents (Invoice, Packing list & AWB/SWB) to Customs Broker.
- Update the shipment details in the respective template to monitor Receipt vs Transit.
- Follow up form customs broker on the shipment clearance.
- With reference to client Purchase Order, raise Sales Order to client in PEP system and follow the Outbound delivery preparation & invoice.
- Generate the documents (PDF) and share it to client.
- Client will advise to send mails for any Change Requests.
- Clear IDOC errors.
- Material Master updates.
- Purchase Info Record & Source list updates.
- Run the Stock Statement & share to client.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic customer management skills
- Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Pivot Table, V-lookUp)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years related work experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical setting.
