Title: Assistant Procurement Management

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP materials code creation.
- Assist in PIR maintenance in SAP for price update.
- Assist in vendor code creation and update in VMM online system.
- Issue Memo to Operation for discontinued and replacement items.
- Assist in sourcing new ingredients for R&D team.
- Support data collection on potential sellers that fulfil requirements.
- Manage vendor’s booking arrival on daily basis.
- Follow-up and update all product halal certificates & product food safety documents.
- Assist in audit of documentation and contract terms required for trade transactions (3-way matching).
- Support sales and finance departments to process payment to sellers.
- Assist in building relationships with organisational network and external vendors for procurement.
- Assist in ongoing review records and information to determine if work processes and procedures are effective.
- Support procurement activities based on product specifications and Operation needs.
- Support work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree certificate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to speak, write and read in English
- Must be able to work in Petaling Jaya (HQ), Kota Damansara (Hub) and Klang Warehouse
- Must be able to travel if there any project requirement
- Basic knowledge of microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
- Effective communication with team members and suppliers.
- Basic problem-solving skills in the purchasing process.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
