Job Summary
- Jointly develop and execute trade promotions for clients to drive sales in retail.

- Track & monitoring progress of campaigns.

General Responsibilities
- Support the development, monitoring, and execution of trade marketing plans across assigned channels and product categories to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with clients to align on trade marketing strategies, promotional plans, and execution priorities.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to effectively “download” trade marketing plans and ensure strong in-market execution through sales representatives.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, sales uplift, and key KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of trade activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support trade marketing decisions.
- Plan, manage, and monitor the efficient utilization of trade spend budgets, including tracking accruals and BTL expenses.
- Consolidate trade marketing plans from multiple clients into coordinated execution plans.
- Ensure smooth execution of in-store activities, merchandising initiatives, planograms, and point-of sale (POS) materials.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track performance, identify opportunities, and align on next steps.
- Provide trade performance and trade spend reports with actionable insights by channel and product category.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Business Operation) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Ensure adherence to trade marketing processes, tools, and approval workflows.
- Support product training programs and engagement activities (e.g., CPE) where required.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Good understanding of trade marketing, retail channels, and distributor business models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret sales and market data.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure execution excellence at store level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, sales, or distributor environment.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Relevant experience in trade marketing, sales, or FMCG/healthcare distribution is preferred.
