Title: Assistant Manager Marketing & Promotion

Job Description:
- Marketing
- Manage, coordinate, and execute 360° marketing campaigns across ATL (Above the Line e.g. media (tv, radio), BTL (Below-the-line e.g in store execution – POSM), digital, and retail channels for Malaysia and Brunei.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sourcing and Business Admin to align marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and partners to ensure a timely and effective rollout of marketing plans.
- Manage local store marketing – liaising with malls on timely implementation of in-store promotions.
- Digital Marketing
- Work closely with digital marketing agency to ensure timely and effective rollout of marketing initiatives for Malaysia and Brunei.
- Famous Amos website – work closely with digital marketing agency on prompt updates of online exclusive promotions.
- Stay current with digital trends and innovations to drive brand relevance and online engagement.
- Creative Asset Development
- Hands-on skills with Adobe Illustrator (AI) and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce and support visuals development.
- Supporting overall admin task related to marketing activities.
- Monthly A&P expenses reporting.
- Assist in documentation submission related to marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4 -5 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management or consumer brand marketing.
- Must be proficient and hands-on with Adobe Illustrator (AI) and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
- Has experience in Digital marketing & consumer brand marketing
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and creative flair.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
