Title:  Assistant Manager, Marketing Management

About The Role

Responsible for developing and pitching trade marketing solutions to clients, as well as planning and executing trade marketing activities that drive brand visibility, shopper engagement, and sales growth. The role leads end-to-end projects covering events, roadshows, POSM, promoters, and sampling activities while ensuring effective execution and budget management.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop and present trade marketing proposals, activation ideas, and project quotations to clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as the key contact for trade marketing projects.
• Plan and execute trade fairs, roadshows, product launches, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns
• Liaise with vendors, agencies, retailers, and mall management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage POSM development, production, and deployment, including standees, displays, shelf talkers, and promotional materials.
• Oversee promoter recruitment, training, deployment, and wet/dry sampling activities.
• Manage project budgets, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Track campaign performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvement opportunities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Experience, Brand Activation, Event Management, or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in pitching projects, managing client relationships, and delivering successful brand activation campaigns.

• Strong project management, vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and budget management.
