Job Summary
Highly motivated and technical Sales Professional with 3-5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales, specializing in environmental simulation solutions. Proven ability to identify customer needs, provide consultative solutions (thermal shock, ESS, humidity chambers), and manage complex, high-value sales cycles. Seeking to leverage strong relationship-building skills and deep technical aptitude to increase market share for ESPEC chambers & other distributing products and solutions, while consistently exceeding annual sales targets and improving customer ROI.

- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand customer requirements. Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Prepare strategical sales plan for the assigned territories
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating our equipment in very professional and technical methods.
- Follow up payment for any open term invoices offered.
- Prepares sales activities reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and application trends
- Update all customer information and communication activities in CRM system.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related degree
- 3 years Sales Experience
- Consultative Selling: acting as a trusted advisor, rather than just a vendor, to identify specific laboratory workflow challenges and propose solutions.
- Technical Objection Handling: Responding to complex questions from engineers and technical managers regarding equipment compatibility and calibration precision.
- Complex Account Management: Managing long sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders—ranging from technical experts to C-level executives—in the B2B sector.
- Demonstration and Presentation Skills: Confidently operating and showcasing advanced laboratory equipment and software tools during site visits or virtual demos.
- Networking and Prospecting: Identifying and building relationships with new clients in the manufacturing, academic, and research sectors.
