Job Summary
The incumbent works closely with the Sales Manager in managing the Dental channel.
General Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes for the financial year
- Execute sales activities to target accounts identified for all Marketing campaigns
- Utilize CRM tool (SFDC) to ensure standardized processes during all sales stages, and to follow-up on all marketing qualified leads that have been identified from integrated marketing activities
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
- Present, promote and sell medical products/solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Continuously improve through feedback
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers/ products/ services and selling skills.
- Possess basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc
- Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
Education
Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline with minimum one year experience in similar role.
