Title:  Manager Sales Operations

Job summary:
Analyzing sales by channel by area to find potential strategic locations during festive to drive sales growth volume, monitoring sales team achievements. Resolve any issue related at trade / outlet / store regarding execution, order processing, trade returns & other related that is bringing obstacle / challenges towards the process of sales and execution.
 

General responsibilities:

• Lead the development of sales plan preparations and cascade monthly promotional canvas plan to all region and monitoring execution photos compliances.
• Generate data and cross-checking orders that required any mitigation plans needed to drive sales achievements
• Collaborate with inter-department to analyze sales performances by channel by area, identify and execute strategies/plans to manage shortfalls and meet the agreed objectives
• Build or leverage relationship partnership and working closely with key retail customers
• Manage and oversee team’s sales performance against targets set
• Drive and manage learning and development of team and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
• Drive self-learning and improvement of Sales Team
• Sales Operations Management and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Functional skills and knowledge:

• Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
• Demonstrate strong customer management skills
• Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of client and customer relationship management
• Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken. Able to speak in Chinese is an added advantage as will require to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.

Education :

Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields

Work experience :

• Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role 
• Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
