Title:  Engineer Technical Services

Job Summary

To perform installation, servicing and calibration Semiconductor equipment, environmental chamber, support ISO IEC 17025 Calibration at customer locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics & wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical equipment
• Test and commission machinery and systems
• Support machine setup, conversion, and production start-up
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, and production teams
• Provide technical training and support to customers’ engineers and technicians to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Perform temperature & humidity calibration
• Service reports, calibration certificates, parts usage, failure analysis, PM checklists
• Respond to breakdowns, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Able to work independent with minimum supervise

Job Requirements   

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics in Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience (calibration and servicing job)
• Willingness to travel to customer locations domestic and oversea.
