General Responsibilities

Job Summary

To conduct installation, commissioning, basic operation training, preventive maintenance services and instrument repair jobs on analytical products sold by DKSH to customers.

Job Responsibilities

•            Installing and commissioning on all products under Scientific Instrumentation.

•            Perform yearly/ half yearly maintenance services after installation.

•            Troubleshooting and repairing instruments under Scientific Instrumentation.

•            Ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints.

•            Increase service contract volume and spare parts sales.

•            Perform warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level.

Job Requirements

•            Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

•            Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role.

•            Technical knowledge in analytical instruments.

•            Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of laboratory and scientific research instruments.

•            Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills.

•            Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

•            Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.

•            Knowledge in analytical instruments in X-Ray instrument such as X-Ray Diffraction, X-Ray Fluorescence and/or chiller & freezer equipment is an added advantage.
