Territory Manager – Central North Island

Are you a driven, results-focused sales professional who loves building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional in-store execution?

Based in Palmerston North, we’re seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our dynamic field sales team, representing Ferrero’s world-class confectionery brands across the Central North Island region. You’ll play a key role in maximising sales, visibility, and distribution, ensuring every customer experience reflects the quality and excellence of the Ferrero brand portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of your sales territory, driving performance across all Ferrero product lines
  • Build strong partnerships with key customers and deliver outstanding service
  • Execute sales and merchandising strategies that increase brand presence, distribution, and display
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Merchandisers to deliver best-in-class execution
  • Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the wider sales and marketing teams
  • Achieve and exceed financial and performance targets

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales or territory management, ideally within the grocery sector OR you may be looking to kick-start a new career in FMCG sales, bringing energy, motivation and a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office and iPad proficiency
  • A self-starter with commercial acumen, resilience, and a “can-do” attitude
  • A full driver’s licence and ability to travel across your territory, including overnight stays
