Storeperson – Afternoon Shift

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Storeperson to join our Palmerston North Distribution Centre. This is a hands‑on role in a busy warehouse environment, supporting inwards goods, replenishment, picking, and despatch activities. The days/hours are:

• Monday – Thursday: 12.30pm – 10.00pm
• Friday: 1.30pm – 5.30pm

About the Role:

As a Storeperson, you’ll be responsible for:

• Receiving and processing inwards goods
• Devanning containers and checking stock against documentation
• Replenishing pick locations and maintaining accurate stock records
• Bulk picking and fast‑pick order processing
• Preparing and consolidating loads for despatch
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and well organised
• Following all health & safety procedures and contributing to a safe workplace

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics
• Good with numbers and confident checking quantities, dates, and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently under time pressure
• A positive team player with a good attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting (up to 20kg)
• Forklift licence – desirable
• MPI accreditation – desirable
• Experience devanning containers is an advantage
